Anthony Solimini grew up in an Italian-American family where the kitchen was the center of everything. He watched his grandmother, his father, and his mother cook meals that weren't just delicious — they had stories attached to them. That love of food followed him across the world, through 20 years of living in Asia, and back home to Phoenix, Arizona. Uncle A's Spices was born from that journey. Small batch. Real ingredients. Summer
Summer was Anthony and Julie's live-in domestic helper in Hong Kong for 12 of their 20 years there. She is from the Philippines — gorgeous, kind, and deeply caring. She and Anthony bonded in the kitchen. She taught him so much about Asian food, Filipino cooking, and the flavors of Southeast Asia. Even though Anthony and Julie left Hong Kong years ago, he and Summer still talk almost every two weeks. She is family. Summer's Sili is her tribute — real Ghost Pepper, real flavor, all heart.

Anthony Solimini spent 20 years living across Asia — Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok — working in international banking at HSBC, UBS, Standard Chartered, and ABN AMRO, training thousands of professionals, and eating his way through every market, street stall, and restaurant he could find.
